Helping people unlock their potential, tackle their goals and build on their strengths is what I love. As a former director, I understand that how people approach training opportunities can reveal a lot about their willingness to grow. When I was a emergent professional I took advantage of every chance to learn new things. As a leader, I have never stopped learning. I appreciate what other professionals contribute to their vocation and how they talk about the things that they love. The passion of others inspires me to seek out more ways to create solutions to problems. The passion that I have for people has given me a unique ability of putting people at ease, and connecting with those of diverse background and perspectives. My flexibility, curiosity, and strong management and organizational skills keep projects on course, saves time and reduces stress on the client.

I'm an adventurous and curious free-spirit who values community and learning.
Travel: I learned how to sail on Lake Erie and took a surfing lesson in El Salvador. Both were harder than I ever expected, but I look forward to doing both again. I recently traveled to South Africa. What an adventure!
Learn: Reading and writing are some of my favorite activities. The People Part by Annie Hyman Pratt is a must read for any leader. Pick it up. You won't regret it.
Peace: A fresh brewed cup of coffee or chai tea with a jigsaw puzzle (at least 1000 pieces) is not only a joy, but a practice in mindfulness.
Play: My husband bought me a pair of lime green suede roller skates and a Chewbacca mask for my birthday. Can't wait to roll!
Traveling, great music, good company and a nice cocktail, well...that's heaven on earth.
