I help people-centered companies, organizations, institutions and groups create a positive and inclusive community by using a awareness framework that focuses on enhancing group dynamics. PEAC uses self-reflection and group consciousness to foster respect for self and others. The aim of the this workshop is to improve group culture while fostering a community of respect. By prioritizing a PEAC approach to company values, companies become more attractive to diverse talent, reduce turnover, and foster innovation. It's a proactive way to ensure long-term success while aligning with modern values.
PEAC: An Awareness Framework of Respect for Self and Others is an excellent companion with anti-harassment/discrimination and DEI efforts.

The change management process involve following and monitoring steps toward success. One constant that I see in every workplace is a failure to manage the C word. And no, it's not change, it's communication. An under focused area of the change management process is developing a strategy to communicate with your team and stakeholders. There has to be a plan in place where you're creating, implementing, and maintaining communication within an organization. Without exception, no matter the size of the company or organization, communication seems to be the one area where everyone struggles. For successful change management to occur you have to effectively communicate with your people. And that means, you must have a thoughtful communication plant that aligns with your company values.
I leverage company goals, values, tools and structure to walk clients through the change management process from preparedness to evaluation.
Curriculum development is a systematic process used to create educational programs that meet specific goals. It's a customized roadmap for learning. First, I work with clients to identify what they want to achieve, gathering all the necessary information about their goals and the needs of the learners. I work with the client to carefully plan how we'll get there. Clear objectives are crafted as we decide what topics or skills will be covered. Then, in collaboration with your SME, I will create the actual content and materials for your program, selecting the right resources, creating lesson plans, and organizing everything in a way that makes sense for effective learning. Throughout the process, we continuously review and make improvements to ensure the curriculum remains up to date and effective. Finally, the curriculum is packaged.
My goal is to work closely with clients to develop a curriculum that best fits their needs and helps them achieve their objectives. I keep clients informed at each stage of the process to ensure that the final curriculum aligns with the clients vision.
